A breath-taking property that sits adjacent to the 15th tee of the world-renowned Wentworth Golf Course, set within two acres of south-facing, mature and private landscaped gardens. 

Having been initially recommended by the architect and appointed at the client’s discretion after an extensive tender process, EAB Homes worked hand-in-hand with a vast array of selected professional parties to ensure this once in a lifetime project was delivered to the clients exacting standards.

Set over only two floors, this substantial new family home features some of the most intricate, natural and hand finished stone detailing on the Wentworth Estate. EAB Homes were fundamental within the team to source, engineer and breathe life into this element of the design.
