Having viewed a number of other local contractors projects on the prestigious Wentworth Estate, EAB Homes were selected for this Design and Build contract due to our reputation for producing exceptionally unique and individual properties. 

Within a location renowned for its architectural ties to the neo-classical Georgian style, this property pushes the boundary of design by using a sleek and contemporary mix of materials alongside traditional methods of construction. 

Ultra-slim profile aluminium windows and doors feature on all aspects of the property, maximising the light throughout this glorious space that flows beautifully for both family and entertaining. 

Featuring a large heated outdoor pool with covered entertaining area, gas BBQ and cooking station, and a wide expanse of manicured lawn and planting with low-maintenance irrigation that connects to the home automation system, there are several standout design elements that became seamlessly integrated to give the much coveted 'inside-outside' approach to living.
